摘要
电镀设备设施的完善和改进,往往能比单纯从对镀液的调整和处理获得更好的效果。硫酸盐光亮酸性镀铜,由于工艺的某些特殊性,对电镀设备要求很高。本文结合不同体系光亮剂的工艺特点,对光亮酸性镀铜的设备配置进行了较为详细的讨论。第一部分介绍了连续过滤及恒温电加热设备的选择。
The perfection and improvement of equipments and facilities often result in better effectiveness than the modification and treatment of plating bath. The requirement of equipments for bright acid copper plating with sulfate bath is strict due to the specialties of the process. The equipment configuration for bright acid copper plating was discussed in detail based on the technological features of brightening agents used in different systems. In the first part of this paper, the selection of continuous filter and constanttemperature electric heater was described.
