摘要
当今世界,各国间安全反应机制在欧洲—大西洋地区的密度实属最高。但在新的形势下,这种安全机制及架构在各个方面依旧不能满足现实需要。如何解决这一问题?学界对此一直颇有争议。作者提出有必要结合现状采取必要的相应变革,以建立更健全的安全机制。
Euro-Atlantic variety of cross national security region is a region with the world＇s highest density of a mechanisms. But under the new conditions, the region＇s security mechanisms and architecture can not meet the practical demands of the reality in all areas. There has been a complex debate over a question of how to solve this problem. It is necessary to carry out the corresponding changes in accordance with the new situation and build a more robust security mechanism.
