摘要
近年来中俄木材贸易发展迅速,俄罗斯现已成为中国最大的原木来源国,同时中国也成了俄罗斯原木最大的进口国。单从数字上看,中俄木材贸易取得了长足的发展,但实际上存在贸易结构不合理等诸多问题。本文对俄罗斯提高原木出口关税的背景及其对中俄木材产业的影响进行了探讨与分析,并对今后两国木材贸易及林业合作提出了建议。
Sino-Russia wood trade developed quickly recent years, Russia has become the biggest source country of Chinese timber import, and meanwhile, China has also become the biggest country of sale of Russia timber export. If we look at merely at the numbers, Sino-Russia has achieved a lot, in reality, trade structure is irrational many other issues. In this paper discusses the background of increasing export duties on round wood and analyze impact to Sino-Russian wood industry, at last, it put forward several suggestions for Sino-Russia wood trade and economic cooperation.
