摘要
中俄经贸关系中始终存在并不断出现一些新的问题与困难,其中问题与争议的焦点,集中反映了两国在经济利益上的冲突。本文从市场经济条件下经济利益的视角对此加以分析,认为中俄经贸合作中的问题与矛盾的深层原因,可从中俄经贸"经济互补性"的局限、"成正比发展"的困境以及"经济利益论"抉择等方面加以探讨。为此提出,要进一步发展中俄经贸合作关系,就要真正巩固中俄之间的国家政治经济互信,努力寻找中俄双方核心利益的契合点,同时,对俄罗斯未来的前景应有战略认识。
There are always new problems and difficulties in the Sino-Russian trade and economic relations. The core issue is the contradictions of economic interests between two countries. The perspective of this article is the economic interests under the conditions of market economy. Why exist problems and contradictions in Sino-Russian trade and economic cooperation？ To answer this question, we could explore following aspects： the limitations of Sino-Russian ＂economic complementarities＂, the plight of ＂Proportional to the development＂, ＂Economic interest theory＂ Choice. Finally, we make the following recommendations： To truly consolidate the Sino-Russian political economic mutual trust; to find the fit point of the core interests of both China and Russia; we should have the strategic understanding of Russia＇s prospects for the future.
