摘要
研究了用反相ＨＰＬＣ测定甲萘威及其游离酚的方法。该方法的标准偏差为：甲萘威：０１９；１萘酚：０００１６；２萘酚：００００５，回收率为：甲萘威：９８３９％～１０１８２％；游离酚：９７８２％～１００．１５％。
The contents of carbaryl and free naphthol were determined by reverse HPLC with ODS=C18 reversed phase column and the mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase. The standard deviations in analysis of carbaryl, 1-naphthol and 2-naphthol were 0.19, 0.0016 and 0.0005, and the recoveries of carbaryl and free naphthol were 98.39%～101.82% and 97.82%～100.15%, respectively.
