摘要
介绍了皮肤给药用助渗剂－氮Ｚｈｕｏ桐的合成工艺过程，并对合成工艺参数进行了研究。结果表明，在溴十二烷：己内酰胺：甲醇钠＝１：１．０５：１．４７、溴十二烷：６号溶剂油：ＰＥＧ６０００＝１：０．６：０．０３（ｍ）、搅拌速度５０ｒ／ｍｉｎ下反应５．５ｈ，得到的产品含量达９８．３％，收率８４．５％。
The synthesis of laurocapramun, a kind of penetrant for transepidermal use, was studied. Final product with purity of 98.3% and yield of 84.5% was obtained under the optimum conditions.
