摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜联合B超监测下取出宫内嵌顿的宫内节育器(IUD)的临床价值。方法采用美国史赛克公司生产的连续灌流式电视宫腔电切镜系列,对36例宫内嵌顿的IUD患者在宫腔镜联合B超监测下行宫内IUD取出术,观察其并发症发生情况。结果36例宫内嵌顿的IUD全部被取出,无1例并发症发生。结论宫腔镜联合B超监测下取出宫内嵌顿的IUD是一种准确、有效、安全、实用的方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of combination of B-ultrasonometry and hysteroscopy on taking leaves the palace inlays intrauterine device（IUD）.Methods US Shi Saike Company to produce fills continuously flows the type television palace cavity electricity was used to cut the mirror series,the inlays IUD patient to 36 example palaced in to unite under B-ultrasonometry and hysteroscopy in the temporary palace IUD to take out the technique and deserve its complication occurrence.Results In 36 example palaces inlays IUD all to take out.There was no example complication occurrence.Conclusion In the B-ultrasonometry and hysteroscopy to take leaves the palace inlays IUD is one kind of accurate,effective,safe,and practical method.
