摘要
目的研究维吾尔药核桃分心木总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法用95%乙醇提取,水饱和正丁醇萃取的方法提取纯化核桃分心木中总皂苷。高氯酸显色,紫外分光光度法测定核桃分心木中总皂苷的含量。结果以人参皂苷Rb1为标准品作标准曲线,A=0.0593C+0.0576,r=0.9997,样品检测量在0.2086～0.3278mg的范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,回收率为89.11%,测得核桃分心木总皂苷的含量为4.187%。结论此测定方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可作为维吾尔药核桃分心木中总皂苷含量测定方法的参考依据。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of total saponins in Uygur herbal medicine of diaphragma juglandis fructus.Methods Total saponins was extracted by 95% ethanol and purified by water-saturating n-butanol.The method of perchloric acid spectrophotometry was used to determine total saponins.Results Ginsenoside Rb1 was taken as the standard to make the standard curve：A=0.059 3 C＋0.057 6,r=0.999 7,the linear range was 0.208 6～0.327 8 mg.The average recovery rate was 89.11%.The contents of total saponins in diaphragma juglandis fructus was 4.187%.Conclusion These methods are simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of the total saponins in diaphragma juglandis fructus.
