摘要
试验采用离体萌发法对胡萝卜花粉生活力进行检测,结果表明,只有添加PEG配方的胡萝卜花粉才有萌发,而且最佳浓度为100 g/L,硼酸、Ca2+对花粉萌发有促进作用,且过低或过高的浓度会抑制花粉萌发,最佳浓度均为300 mg/L。试验条件下的最佳培养基为100 g/LPEG+0.1 g/LBK。
Through vitro germination, vigor of carrot pollen was tested and the results showed that, only addling the PEG formula had carrot pollen germination, and optional concentration was 100 g/L, H3BO3,Ca2＋ could promote pollen germination, but too high or too low concentration would restrain it, the best concentrations were 300 mg/L, concentration of H3BO3 and Ca （NO3）2· 4H2O were verified in BK, under the conditions of this experiment, the best medium was 100 g/L PEG＋0.1 g/L BK.
