摘要
密闭鼓风炉加转炉炼铜烟气具有成分复杂、气量及成分波动幅度大和可燃性物质含量高等特点，从而使制酸系统常出现转化器超温、转化率低及尾气烟囱冒白烟等问题。通过分析，解决这些问题的关键是尽量减少烟气中可燃性物质的含量。
Abstract Mixed off gas from closed blast furnace and rotatory furnace for copper smelting has features of complicated composition, substantially fluctuating flow rate and composition and high flammable components, which result in overtemperature of convertor,low conversion and visual plume from stack. Analysis show that the key to solving the problems is to minimize the content of flammable components.
