摘要
目的探讨益气通络熏洗方配合穴位按摩治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的效果及护理。方法将68例DPN患者随机分为两组各34例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上,采用益气通络熏洗方配合穴位按摩治疗,4周后进行疗效比较。结果观察组总有效率为94.1%,对照组总有效率为67.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论益气通络熏洗方配合穴位按摩治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变康复效果优于单纯的西药治疗。
OBJECTIVE To explore the Yiqitongluo Fumigation side with massage and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） results and care. METHODS 68 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups of 34 patients in the control group with conventional drug therapy,the observation group of conventional drug therapy,based on a square Yiqitongluo Fumigation with massage and treatment,4 weeks after comparison of efficacy. RESULTS The observation group,the total effective rate was 94.1% in the control group,the total effective rate was 67.6%,compared the two groups was significant difference（P0.05） . CONCLUSION yiqitongluo fumigation side with massage and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy rehabilitation more effective than western medicine alone.
