摘要
目的了解沈阳市部分中老年人血脂水平及相关行为危险因素,为开展健康教育和预防慢性疾病的发生提供依据。方法选取沈阳市某社区45岁以上中老年人109例进行血脂测定及问卷调查。结果血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯异常检出率分别为13.8%和22.0%;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇异常检出率分别为14.7%和22.9%;45～59岁组血脂异常检出率最高。被调查的中老年人日平均睡眠时间为(7.8±1.1)h,其中有24%的人睡眠质量较差,每天活动少于30min的人占33.9%,有33.9%的人有吸烟史,有14.7%的人每周饮酒多于2次,有喜食高糖、高盐或油炸食品等不健康饮食习惯的人占46.7%。超重检出率为51.9%,肥胖检出率为4.8%,与体重正常组比较,超重肥胖组血清HDL-C含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论沈阳市部分中老年人血脂异常和超重肥胖检出率均较高,可能与不健康的生活行为习惯有一定关系。
OBJECTIVE To understand the levels of serum lipids and rish factors related with behaviors among the part of middle-aged and elderly people in Shenyang in order to provide foundation for carrying out health education to prevent chronic diseases. METHODS 109 middle-aged and elderly people at the age of over 45 years old in a community of Shenyang were enrolled,the levels of serum lipids and a questionnaire were determined. RESULTS The abnormal rate of serum cholesterol and triglyceride was 13.8% and 22.0%;The abnormal rate of serum low-density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein was 14.7% and 22.9%;The rate of dyslipidemia was the highest in the age group of 45～59 years old. The average sleep time was（7.8±1.1） hours,the rate of poor sleep quality was 24%,takeing physical activity less than 30min every day accounted for 33.9%,with 33.9% of people smoking history,14.7% of people drinking more than twice a week,unhealthy eating habits such as high-sugar,high salt or fried food intaking accounted for 46.7% among the subjects. The rate of overweight and obesity was 51.9%% and 4.8% respectively. The level of serum high density lipoprotein significantly decreased in overweight and obesity group compared with that in normal weight（P0.05） . CONCLUSIONS The rate of dyslipidemia or overweight and obesity is higher among the part of middle-aged and elderly people in Shenyang,which maybe have a relation with unhealth life behaviors.
