摘要
在实验室建立管道泄漏实验模型(江苏工业学院油气储运安全实验系统),研究管道在不同泄漏模式下、不同实验条件下的流体泄漏量的规律。运用量纲分析的方法,建立了管道泄漏数学模型,初步确立了泄漏量与泄漏孔的大小、流体的密度、黏度、管内压力以及流体的平均流速等因素的关系,为进一步定量分析管线失效后对环境的影响提供了科学依据。
The experimental model( oil- gas storage and transportation safety experimental equipment of Jiangsu Polytechnic University)is constructed to research laws of fluid leakage in different leakage mode and experiment condition on pipelines. The mathematical model of pipeline leakage based dimension analysis method is applied to analyze the relationship of leakage rate among leakage area, fluid density, viscosity, tubing pressure, average flow velocity, which can provide scientific references for analyzing quantitatively the influence of pipelines failure on environment.
