摘要
采用以废治废的氧化—絮凝—活性炭纤维吸附三级工艺处理二甲基海因及二溴二甲基海因的合成过程中产生的废水。重点研究了第三级吸附剂的吸附规律及脱附再生的方法。结果表明,该类废水COD的总去除率大于90%,剧毒物丙酮氰醇去除率达8074%。活性炭纤维具有吸附量大、吸附速度快且易于再生等优点。
The wastewater discharged during production 5,5-dimethylhydatoin and 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydatoin was treated by oxidation-flocculationactivated carbon fiber(AFC) adsorption process.The overall removal rate of COD was >90%,and that of acetone cyanohydrin reached 80.75%.The smell from wastewater was removed mostly.The regenerated ACF could be used repeadely.
