摘要
研究了以DL高胱氨酸(DLHC)为原料,铅合金作阴、阳极材料,在盐酸水溶液中电解合成DL高半胱氨酸硫内酯盐酸盐(DLHCT)的新工艺。结果表明,当体系温度控制30~40℃、槽压40~50V、电流密度450~600A·m-2、反应物浓度20mol·L-1以及通入理论电量120%时,产品收率可达920%左右,含量≥990%。
DLHomocysteine thiolactone hydrochloride (DLHCT) is electrosynthesized at cathode Pb alloy from reduction of DLhomocystine (DLHC) in the hydrochloric acid solution .The results show the product yield is about 92.0% if the suitable conditions are controlled as following:temperature is 30~40℃,cell voltage is 4.0~5.0V,current density is 450~600A/m^2,concentration of reactant is 2.0mol·L^-1,quantity of electricity is 1.2fold of theoretical amount,content of the product is above 98.5%.
