Progress and Trends of Foreign Studying About Enterprise's Upgrading in the Global Value Chains

摘要 对近期国外有关全球价值链内企业升级的研究进行总结、梳理和概述。全球价值链内企业升级的既有研究,可归纳为企业升级与领导企业、企业升级的战略选择、企业升级与学习、企业升级与价值链治理模式、企业升级与集群以及企业升级与政策等主题。简要归纳了现有研究存在的不足,这是今后研究的重点和趋势所在。 In this paper,we summarize,comb and overview the recent foreign analyse enterprise＇s upgrading in the Global Value Chains. These existing findings can be Summarized as six questionsenterprise＇s upgrading and leader enterprise,choosing of Strategy about enterprise＇s upgrading, enterprise＇s up- grading and learning,enterprise＇s upgrading and governing mode of GVCs,enterprise＇s upgrading and industry cluster as well as enterprise＇s upgrading and policy. At last the article briefly summarizes the shortcomings of existing studies. It is the focus and trend of future research.
