摘要
由苯胺、二硫化碳和硫磺合成的粗M直接同吗啉和次氯酸钠反应合成促进剂NOBS,节省了精制粗M所需的设备,避免了粗M精制过程中的环境污染。最适宜反应条件为:粗M、吗啉和次氯酸钠的摩尔比为1∶2∶2,反应温度为35~85℃,反应时间为5~6h。在最适宜反应条件下,收率可达841%(以粗M中含纯M的量计算)。NOBS熔点为80~86℃。
A method is given for preparing N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulphenamide (NOBS)directly by using crude 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (M)which is synthesized by benzenamine,carbon disulphide and sulphur.The device for purifying crude M was saved and its pollution was obviated because purifying crude M is not necessary.The suitable condition is that temperature varies from 35℃ to 85℃,molar ratio of crude M to morpholine to sodium hypochlorite is 1∶2∶2,the overall reaction time is 5~6h.Under the optimum condition,the yield of NOBS is 84.1%(calculated on the basis of pure M).The melting point of NOBS is 80~86℃.
