摘要
用亚硫酸氢钠加成—碱分解法从含醛量为4787%的紫苏油中提取得纯度为965%~97.0%的紫苏醛,提取率达96%。以此紫苏醛为原料,通过肟化反应合成了超级甜味剂紫苏葶。合成反应的产率最低为754%,最高为805%,平均产率为777%。合成工艺的最佳条件是:紫苏醛和羟胺的投料质量比为20∶9,反应温度50℃,反应时间2h。产物经后处理及转化后纯度不低于98%,其中顺式肟含量低于1%,产品甜度为蔗糖的2000倍。
Authors isolated perillaldehyde in 96.5%~97.0% purity from perilla herb oil which contained 47.87% perillaldehyde.Authors first seperated a addition product generated by adding sodium hydrogen sulfite to perilla herb oil.Then the addition product was decomposed to perillaldehyde again by a base.The extraction rate of perillaldehyde was 96%.Finally authors used it as a material to synthesize the superior sweetness perillartine by the oximation reaction.The productive rate was from 75.4% to 80.5%,averagely 77.7%.The results showed that the best technical conditions were as follows,mass ratio of perillaldehyde to hydroxylamine was 20∶9,temperature was 50℃ and reaction time was 2 hours.After the final treatment and the conversion,the purity of the product was no less than 98%.The content of syn-oxime in the product was under 1%,and its sweetness was 2000 times as much as sucrose's.
