摘要
利用新的氧化剂体系醋酸—过氧化氢—盐酸,通过直接氧化法合成得到纯度大于98%的2,3,5三甲基氢醌。在氧化反应中,以石油醚为溶剂,反应物料醋酸、过氧化氢、盐酸与2,3,6三甲基苯酚摩尔比为65∶65∶25∶1,在回流状态下反应1~15h,2,3,5三甲基氢醌的产率为546%。
2,3,5-Trimethylhydroquinone(TMHQ) was synthesized with purity >98%by direct oxidation with new oxidant HAc—H_2O_2—HCl.In the oxidative reaction process,the reaction mixture of HAc,H_2O_2,HCl and 2,3,6-trimethylphenol(molar ratio =6.5∶6.5∶2.5∶1) was dissolved in the solvent of petroleum ether and was refluxed 1~1.5h.The yield of TMHQ was 54.6%.
