摘要
目的探讨用隐蔽切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的美容效果。方法对2008年1月～12月住院的274例乳腺良性病变患者中160例采用隐蔽切口手术，114例未采用隐蔽切口手术，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果160例采用隐蔽切口治疗的患者，其美容效果明显高于未采用隐蔽切口者。结论切口入径的隐蔽性，可使手术更具人性化，使形体不受影响，提高了患者的生活质量，是一种值得推广的术式。
Objective To explore cosmetic effect of hidden incision in surgieal treatment of breast benign tumor. Methods 274 patients of benign lesions were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 274 eases of benign breast lesions, there were 160 eases with hidden incision, the cosmetic results was significantly higher than those without hidden incisions. Conclusion Hidden incision in surgical treatment of breast benign tumor can improve the quality of life of patients.
