摘要目的观察甲基强的松龙治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法支气管哮喘（包括婴幼儿哮喘，儿童哮喘）患儿100例随机分为两组，治疗组与对照组各50例，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用甲基强的松龙1-2mg／kg·d，对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用氢化可的松5-10mg／Kg·d，两组均连用5天，治疗结束后比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组在喘息与哆音消失以及住院时间均较对照组明显缩短，其结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论甲基强的松龙对于治疗小儿支气管哮喘具有明显疗效，且安全，副作用小，具有临床推广意义。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of methyprednisolone on acute episode of children asthma. Method 100 patients with acute episode of children asthma was randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases were treated with methyprednisolone under normal treatment （treatment group）. Another 50 cases were treated with hydrocortisone under normal treatment （control group）, Result The elimination time of gasping, rale and length of day in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methyprednisolone is useful and safe in treatment of acute episode of children asthma.
