摘要
通过微波辅助提高砷的氯化物发生效率,并将其作为原子荧光光谱分析法测定砷的进样技术。在优化的实验条件下,本法对As(III)的检出限(3σ)为1μg L-1,相对标准偏差为3.5%。该法优点还在于对常见过渡金属有较强的抗干扰能力。应用该法测定了自来水及河水中的As(III),加标回收率为100%~115%。
Microwave was used to enhance the vapor generation efficiency of arsenic chloride for atomic fluorescence spectrometric determination of trace arsenic in water samples. Under optimized experimental conditions, a limit of detection (3σ) of 1 ug L^-1 was obtained,and the relative standard deviation was 3.5%. This method suffers far less interference from transition metals compared to conventional chemical vapor generation. It was applied to the determination of As(III) in tap water and river water,and the recovery was in the range of 100% - 115%.
