Mechanical model of carcass steel cord in all-steel radial tire

摘要 采用简单的力学方法解析全钢子午线轮胎胎体钢丝帘线静态力学与几何尺寸的关系,导出胎体钢丝帘线张力、水平轴半径、断面宽度和曲率半径等特征值的计算公式。钢丝帘线张力仅与充气压力、冠顶半径、轮辋点半径和钢丝帘线根数有关。轮胎承受负荷后接地区域胎体钢丝帘线张力减小。 The simple mechanical method was applied to describe the relationship between static mechanics and geometric dimentions of carcass steel cord in all-steel radial tire, and to derive the formulas of the tension of carcass steel cord, radius of horizontal axis, section width, curvature radius and so on. The tension of carcass steel cord was only related to inflation pressure, radius at cap, radius at rim and number of cords. The tension of carcass steel cord at contact area decreased after the tire was loaded.
