摘要
为寻求协调烟叶内部化学成分,提高内、外在品质的最佳施氮水平,研究不同用氮量对晒红烟叶片光合色素及化学成分的影响.结果表明,增施氮肥能明显增加烟叶单株光合叶面积,施氮量超过135 kg/hm2会产生抑制现象;叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量均随生育期的延长而呈单峰曲线;随施氮水平的增加总氮、烟碱含量与烟碱日积累量逐渐增加,而钾、总糖、还原糖含量呈降低趋势;随生育期的推进烟叶烟碱含量与烟碱的日积累量逐渐增加,尤其打顶之后迅速增加,而总糖含量不断积累呈单峰曲线,60 d时达最高.施纯氮135kg/hm2、P2O545 kg/hm2、纯K2O 90 kg/hm2的处理表现最优.
In order to explore the best executes of nitrogen level to coordinated the internal chemical composition, enhances the inside and outside quality,studied different nitrogen content on sun-cured tobacco leaf photosynthetic pigment and influence of the chemical composition experiment. The results showed that leaf photosynthetic increasing significantly when nitrogen fertilizer increased ,'but there is suppresses phenomenon when nitrogen more than 135 kg/hm^2 , the contents of chlorophyll a, b and carotenoid showed a single peak curve with the longer growth period, with the increase of nitrogen, the content of total nitrogen, nicotine and daily accumulation of nicotine increased gradually; but the content of potassium, total sugar and reducing sugar assumes the declining trend. With the longer growth period the content of nicotine and daily accumulation of nicotine increased gradually, and started to rise rapidly after topping period. However, the content of total sugar showed a single peak curve during the growth period with various treatment. After 60 days reached the highest. The generalized analysis obtains that: the best optimal with nitrogen 135 kg/hm^2, P2O5 45 kg/hm^2, K2O 90kg/hm^2 showed the most superior.
