摘要
试验采用125I同位素示踪法结合三氯醋酸(TCA)沉淀法来测定各主要组织器官的总放射性浓度和酸沉部分放射性浓度,从而获得rhIL-12在动物(SD大鼠)体内的吸收、分布数据.结果表明,在SD大鼠皮下注射标记药物0~120 h之间,测定大鼠的器官、组织和体液中均有该药物的存在,但在泌尿系统中的含量最高,在各组织器官中12 h达到高峰,以后逐渐下降.
With 125I isotope tracer method combined with trichloroacetic acid (TCA) precipitation method to determine the major tissues and organs of the total radioactivity concentration and acid precipitation part of the radioactivity concentration, to gain the absorption and distribution data of rhIL-12 in the animal(SD rat). The results showed that in SD rats were injected marker of drug between 0-120 hours, measured in rat organs, tissues and body fluids in both the presence of the drug, but the highest levels of uriysystem in all tissues and organs in the 12 hours peak and then gradually decreased.
