摘要
对酵母菌在高浓度有机废水处理中的作用进行阐述,总结酵母菌处理技术的研究现状,对几种难处理高浓度有机废水(味精废水、橄榄油厂废水、皂素废水、果汁废水、木薯酒精废液)的酵母菌处理技术进行概括。酵母菌处理技术具有一定的经济效益与社会效益,发展前景良好。
The role of yeasts in the treatment of high concentration organic waste water was described in this article.The research situation of yeast treatment technology was summarized.Generalized the yeast treatment technology to several high concentration organic waste water which is difficult to be dealt with,such as the treatment of monosodium glutamate waste water,olive mill waste water, soap waste water,syrup waste water,cassava alcohol waste water.The author also points out that there are certain social and economic benefits of the yeast treatment technology,whose future development is prospected.
