摘要
用血液及生物化学的常规测定方法对６１例华南虎的血液常规，３０余例血液生化指标进行了分析测定，经生物学统计获得了华南虎的血液和生物化学的参考值。对幼龄虎与成年虎，公虎与母虎作了比较。结果表明：幼年虎与成年虎除血红蛋白有差异外，其它指标均无差异。。
Hematological indexes of 61 individuals and biochemical indexes of more than 30 individuals have been measured and analysed for getting the physiological reference values of hematology and biochemistry in South China tiger ( Panthera tigris amoyensis ). Comparisons of the reference values were made between adult and young tigers and between male and female ones. Except the hemoglobin value, all the other reference values of young and adult tigers are of no difference.
