摘要
用透射电镜技术研究了日本沼虾精子发生过程中生精细胞内高尔基体的变化。结果表明:精原细胞内,高尔基体结构典型,分布在核膜附近,许多膜囊通过连接小管相互连接。初级精母细胞内,高尔基体结构紧凑且更典型,更靠近核膜,在反面的分泌活动旺盛,产生大量初级溶酶体;次级精母细胞内,部分膜囊脱离膜囊堆,形成短的片层,其内沉积片层状物质。此后许多片层与其它细胞器的外膜融合并相互连接,形成片层复合体。该复合体逐渐聚合连接,最终形成精子的原顶体。到精细胞时,原顶体逐渐外突,形成顶帽与棘突。精子形成时,顶帽与棘突逐渐定形,斑纹明显。
The changes of Golgi apparatus during spermatogenesis of Macrobrachium nipponense were studied with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) . The results show that, there are typical Golgi apparatus in spermatogonium, they are located near the nuclear membrane, and the saccules are connected by connective tubules. In the primary spermatocytes, the structure of Golgi apparatus is clearer and nearer to the nuclear membrane. There are more secretive activities on the trans face at this stage and a number of lysosomes are produced. In the secondary spermatocytes, some saccules leave the saccule pile forming short lamellae in which lamellar materials are collected. At following developmental stages, many membranes of lamellae fused with membranes of organelle forming lamellar complex which form pre acrosome at spermatid stage and become spike of the sperm. The apical cap and spike have cross striations when the sperm comes into typical form.
