摘要
对辣椒感染ＴＭＶ植株与健康植株花药中的游离脯氨酸含量和花粉萌发力进行了比较研究，结果表明，染病毒植株花药中的游离脯氨酸含量和花粉萌发率均明显降低。开花前１ｄ病株花药中游离脯氨酸含量比健株的低２６．２４％－３９．９６％，开花当天病株上的花粉萌发率比健株的低１４．３５％－３３．３１％．
Both the free proline contents of anther and the pollen germination rate were compared between the virosis plants infected with TMV and non virosis plant in hot pepper ( Capsicum frutescens L.).The results indicate that the virosis plants and non virosis plants differed markedly in the free proline contents of anther and in the pollen germination rate.The free proline contents in anther of virosis plants were 26.24%-39.96% lower than those of non virosis plants at 1 day before bloom.The pollen germination rates of virosis plants were 14.35%-33.31% lower than those of non virosis plants at the very bloom day.These results show partly the situation of the pathological changes in physiology and biochemistry in the virosis plant of hot pepper.
