摘要 在设计机械零件轴孔配合(配合)时,可将影响配合类型选择的因素称为配合证据。阐述了配合证据的分类方法及各类配合证据的作用,在此基础上提出了一种基于证据推理的配合设计方法。综合使用模糊表示和精确计算的方法将主要配合证据矢量化,并结合其他各类配合证据进行计算和推理得到合理的结果。试验结果表明,该方法适用于一般机械零件的轴孔配合设计。 In the design of mechanical part fitting,the factors that in? uence the selection of fitting can be called evidences.After the introduction of evidences classification and effect,a method of mechanical part fitting based on evidential reasoning is proposed.The vector quantization of main evidences combines the use of fuzzy expression and exact computation.Then,with other evidences,the result can be figured out.Examples show that this method can be applied to general mechanical part fitting design.
