二乙酰一肟法测定乳尿素氮的研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过研究二乙酰一肟法测定乳中尿素氮浓度的测定波长、沸水浴时间以及精密度和回收率,对该法测定乳尿素氮的有效性进行了评价。在测定波长为525 nm,沸水浴时间为13 min时,测定结果较好,批内CV值为2.32%,批间CV值为3.40%,平均回收率为97.6%。该法测定乳尿素氮具有较高的精密度和回收率,可用于乳尿素氮的日常分析。 In this paper,the content of milk urea nitrogen was determined by the diacetyl monoxime method and the related parameters of wavelength,boiling water bath time,precision and recovery were evaluated.The results showed that when the reaction liquid was boiled for 13 min and detected at 525 nm,the optimal results were obtained.The CV(Coefficient of variation,CV) of within-run and between-run were 2.32% and 3.40%,respectively.The average recovery rate was 97.6%.In a conclusion,this accurate and reliable method was suit for runtime analysis milk urea nitrogen.
