摘要
在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验对影响酸水解沉淀法提取橘皮粗果胶的因素进行优化。结果表明,在浸提液固液比为1∶8、pH值为2.0、浸提温度90℃、浸提时间30 min的条件下,粗果胶的产量最高。
Based on the single-factor method,orthogonal method was applied to optimize conditions for extracting pectin from orange peel.The research results showed that the temperatures,the ratio of orange peel over hydrochloric acid,pH value,the stirring time and the alcohol detergent concentration after filtering,had great influences on the pectin extraction rate.When the temperature was 90℃,the ratio of orange peel over hydrochloric acid was 1∶8,pH value was 2.0,the stirring time was 30 min,the extracting rate was the highest.
