摘要 以黄色短杆菌SGr和DONr抗性菌株作为生产菌株,在16升罐对产谷氨酰胺的发酵条件进行了研究。试验结果,产谷氨酰胺5.22%,周期44h,转化率33.3%。该变异菌株具有工业化开发的价值。 The resistant strain B.F64 with SG r and DON r was used as producer and its fermentation conditions for producing glatamine in 16 L fermentor were studied.The results were as follows:the yield of glutamine was 5.22 mg/ml;the fermentation period was 44 hours and the conversion rate was 33.3%.The strain had commerercial potentialities.
