摘要 在重组大肠杆菌的培养过程中,存在着菌体的高浓度与外源蛋白的高表达这一矛盾,使得重组菌的比生长速率通常远远低于宿主菌,限制了基因工程菌由实验室规模向工业化规模的转变。要实现重组大肠杆菌的高密度培养,最常用和最有效的方法就是分批补料流加培养。 Escherichia coli is one of the bacteria widely used as hoots in genetic engineenng. And a number of growth factors such as insulin, interferon, and various growth factors have been successfully expressed in it. During the culturing process of recombinant E. coli, there is a contradiction of the expression between the high cell concentration and foreign protein sotirce. It causes the growing rate of the recombinant bacteria be much slower than that of the hest bacteria, and restrict the transformation from labs scale to industrial sca1e of the genetic engineering bacteria. This paper reviews various fed - batch - culturing metheds of the recombinant E. coli.
