摘要
微小RNA(miRNAs)是近年来发现的一类转录后调控mRNA翻译的非编码RNA,在生物的整个生命过程中发挥着重要作用。本文综述报道miRNAs的生物合成和调控,miRNAs在肺癌发生中的作用机制以及miRNAs与肺癌临床应用的研究进展。
MieroRNAs （ miRNAs ） are endogenous non-coding RNAs,which regulate gene expression by post-transcriptional gene silencing, miRNAs have been implicated to play important roles in some biological processes,for example,the occurrence and development of lung cancer. This article mainly reviews the new discoreries in the relationship between miRNAs and lung cancer.
