摘要
针对文献传递中存在的问题,分析了参考咨询融入文献传递服务的必要性,指出了做好文献传递服务与参考咨询相融合必须在揭示与整合文献资源,改变服务模式,采用多样化服务方式等方面下功夫。
The necess of the problems in document ity of combined reference service and document delivery service was analyzed in view delivery service. The author pointed out that only by revealing and integrating literature resources, changing service model and implementing diversified service methods, can combined reference service and document delivery service be effectively provided.
