摘要
目的观察达克罗宁用于烧伤创面的镇痛效果。方法120例烧伤患者随机分为3组：A组（n=40）于创面涂0．5％达克罗宁SD—Ag霜、B组于创面涂1％达克罗宁SD-Ag霜、C组于创面涂SD-Ag霜约1mm。结果A组B组均有不同程度的镇痛效果，与C组相比，有显著性差异（P〈0．05），且无不良副反应。结论磺胺嘧啶银（SD-Ag）霜中加入达克罗宁，有良好的镇痛效果，可以缓解烧伤患者的痛苦。
Objective To study the effect of the Dyclonine on the effect of burn wound pain. Methods 120 cases of burn patients were randomly divided into three groups： A group （n = 40） in the wound coated 0. 5% Dyclonine SD-Ag cream;B group in the wound coated 1% Dyclonine SD-Ag cream;C group SD-Ag cream coated wound around 1 mm. Results A and B Group in varying degrees of relieving pain effect, compared with the C group, there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and without adverse side effects. Conclusion Silver sulfadiazine （SD-Ag） cream by adding Dyclonine,has good relieving pain effect, and can ease the pain of burn patients.
