摘要
目的分析呼和浩特地区蒙古族错畸形患者Bolton指数及Bolton指数不调的发生率。方法随机选择300例不同类型错畸形患者的记存模型,分别测量前牙量和全牙量,计算Bolton指数值及Bolton指数不调的发生率,进行统计学分析。结果建立蒙古族男、女的Bolton指数范围,Bolton指数正常的患者最多,指数过小的患者最少。结论错畸形患者治疗前必须进行Bolton指数测量,根据不协调部位和量制定治疗方案。
Objective To analyses the Bolton index and Bolton disharmony of mongolia malocclusion groups in hohhot region.Methods Different types of 300 job models were chose in Random,Bolton anterior and overall were measured,Calculation Bolton index and Bolton disharmony,and Statistical analysis.Results The norms of Bolton index of mongolian were established,the number of patients in the Bolton normal group were the most,it was the least in the Bolton small group.Conclusion It must do Bolton index measurement before treatment,and formulating treatment scheme based on position and number of discrepancy.
