摘要
由于乳化炸药药卷在输送过程中若出现重叠将会影响药卷码夹质量,因此本文针对三台装药机充填好的药卷在皮带输送机上相互重叠现象进行了研究,并分析了产生这种现象的机理,且提出了解决方案。
Because folder quality of industrial emulsified dynamite tube is influenced by the tubes overlapped in the transportation process,the overlapping phenomenon of dynamite tubes filled by three emulsified dynamite filling machines were studied on the conveyor belt ,the mechanism of this phenomenon was also analyzed,in the end,the solution was proposed.
