摘要
尽管没有一个西方发达国家拥有有形的产权交易市场,然而,实践证明,有形的产权交易市场是适应我国产权交易的实际需要和发展的,应当继续保持其有形性,这也是产权交易市场组织制度的基本前提。在产权交易市场的组织结构上,统一化则是其发展的必由之路,应当采用"中心交易所——分支机构"的统一模式。产权交易市场的法律性质应当为非营利的事业单位法人,其基本组织模式应当采用会员制。
Though there is not a western developed country has a tangible property trading market, practice has proved that tangible property trading market in China meets the actual needs of property transactions and its development. We should continue to maintain its tangibility, which is the basic premise of property trading market's organizational system. Unification is the only way for its development in regalxt of the organizational structure of the property trading market. We should adopt the "center-branches" unified model. The legal nature of property trading market should be non-profit institutions. The basic organizational model should be membership.
