论加拿大省级政府在高教发展中承担的财政责任——以安大略省为个案分析

摘要 加拿大是教育制度比较完善的国家,具有特殊的高等教育财政责任承担机制。从联邦政府到省级政府和地方政府都比较注重教育的发展。大学校园作为培养高素质人才的基地,省级政府对高校有直接的管理权,承担相应的财政责任。加拿大省级政府在高等教育发展中承担的财政责任,对我国高等教育的发展具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。
