摘要
本文是建立三相对称Y电容组中性点,然后按A、B、C相分别对地接电容进行测量,可测得6～10kV无中性点系统的电容电流。新方法测量准确,对系统影响小。
To set up a neutral point by connecting a three-phase symmetric Y capacitor bank to the system,and then perform the measurement by connecting the capacitarce to grormd in the order of A. B. C phase, the capacitive current of the 6～10kV system without neutral point can be got, The new method is accurate and less influence on the system.
