摘要
回顾了山西省人工影响天气工作的发展历程,尤其是近20年在作业规模、技术装备、人员素质、科研水平等方面取得的进步,阐述了人工影响天气工作带来的社会效益与经济效益,在此基础上提出了山西省人工影响天气工作的未来发展和服务方向。
This paper summarizes the development history of Shanxi’s artificial weather modification, especially the progresses in operation scale, technical equipment, personnel quality and sci-tech research level, etc. obtained in recent 20 years, and expounds the social benefit and economic benefit brought about by artificial weather modification, and based on this, puts forward the future development and service directions of Shanxi’s artificial weather modification.
