摘要
循环经济是以追求更大经济效益、更少资源消耗、更低环境污染和更多劳动就业为目标的先进经济模式。循环经济型生态农业是把循环经济发展理念和模式运用到农业,深度利用农村种植养殖业产生的废弃物和以农产品为原料的城市工业及乡镇企业产生的废弃物,化害为利,变废为宝,产生显著经济、社会、环境效益的生态农业类型。广西兴安县通过龙头企业带动,沼气的综合利用,以及政府的政策引导,积极扶持龙头企业参与循环经济型生态农业建设,取得很好实效,并给我们带来许多的启示和思考。
The circulation economy is a kind of advanced economic type which takes the higher economic efficiency, the less resource consumption, the lower environmental pollution and the more labor employment as its goals. The circulation-economic ecological agriculture is a type of ecological agriculture which utilizes the ideas and pattern of circulation economic in the agriculture. The circulation-economic ecological agriculture makes deep use of the rejection in the agricultural production, poultry raising and the production of urban industries and rural enterprises which produces with agricultural raw materials, turns the harmful into the beneficial,recycles the waste and then creates remarkable economical, social and environmental benefits. Through the leading enterprises, the comprehensive utilization of methane as well as the guidance of government’s policies, Guangxi Xing’an County supports the leading enterprises to participate in the construction of the circulation-economic ecological agriculture positively, obtains a very good actual effect and brings some enlightenment to us.
