摘要
细胞凋亡是基因调控的主动过程。许多癌基因与抑癌基因参与细胞凋亡过程。本文综述了肿瘤细胞凋亡的相关基因及细胞凋亡在肿瘤治疗中的作用。
Apoptosis is an active process of gene regulation. A lot of camer genes andichbitory cancer genes participated in apoptosis. The genes related to cancer cell apoptosisand the action of apoptosis on cancer treatment were summarized.
