摘要
目的探讨替米沙坦对高血压患者脉搏波速度的影响。方法测量健康体检首次确诊的高血压患者（30例）与正常对照组（30名）的血压、血糖、血脂和脉搏波速度；替米沙坦治疗12周后重复测量上述指标，前后对比分析脉搏波速度的变化。结果高血压患者的收缩压[（154．3±9．1）mmHg]、舒张压[（103．1±6．9）mmHg]和脉搏波速度[（1989．6＋198．7）cm／s]显著高于正常对照组[（118．5±13．6）mmHg、（68．3±8．9）mmHg和（1226．3±172．6）cm／s]（P〈0．05）；总胆固醇（4．98±0．68）mmol／L]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[（3．12±0．58）mmol／L]和血糖[（5．02±0．45）mmol／L]与对照组[（4．87±0．26）mmol／L、（3．09±0．69）mmol／L和（4．98±0．97）mmol／L]相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。替米沙坦治疗12周后，高血压患者与对照组相比，收缩压[（154．3±9．1）mmHg比（121．6±10．4）mmHg]、舒张压[（103．1±6．9）mmHg比（68．3±7．5）mmHg]和脉搏波速度[（1989．6＋198．7）cm／s比（1412．5±181．7）cm／s）]显著下降（P〈0．05）。结论替米沙坦可以降低高血压患者的脉搏波速度，改善动脉顺应性。
Objective To evaluate the effects of telmisartan on Brachial-anide pulse wave velecity（haP- WV）in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The levels of serum blood lipid and blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate and baPWV were measured respectively in thirty patients with essential hypertension and thirty healthy persons with normal blood pressure. After twelve weeks treated with telmisartan,the blood pressure and baPWV were measured again and were studied in patients with essential hypertension. Results The systolic blood pressure [ （ 154.3±9.1 ）mm Hg vs （ 118.5±13.6）mm Hg] diastolic blood pressure [ （ 103.1 ±6.9）mm Hg vs （68.3 ± 8.9）mm Hg] and baPWV[（1989.6±198.7）cm/s vs （1226.3±172.6）cm/s] in patients w/th essential hypertension were higher than that of healthy persons with normal blood pressure significantly （P〈0.05）. The level of blood cholesterol[ （4.98±0.68）mmol/L vs （4.87±0.26）mmol/L] and low-density lipeprotein cholesterol [ （3.12±0.58）mmol/L vs （ 3.09 ±0.69 ） mmol/L ] and blood glucose [ （5.02 ±0.45 ）mmol/L vs （4.98 ±0.97 ）mmol/L ] and heart rate [ （ 82.7 ± 7.4）beat/rain vs （78.4±10.3）beat/min] were no difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. The systolic blood pressure [ （ 154.3±9.1 ）mm Hg vs （ 121.6±10.4）mm Hg] ,diastolic blood pressure[ （ 103.1±6.9）mm Hg vs （68.3±7.5）mm Hg] and baPWV[ （ 1989.6±198.7）cm/s vs （ 1412.5±181.7 ）cm/s ] were decreased significantly in patients with essential hypertension （P〈0.05） after treated with telmisartan. Conlusion Telmisartan treated in patients with essential hypertension can decreased pulse wave velocity, improve elasticity of large artery and increase the adaptability of aorta.
