动力加压髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折36例 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察动力加压髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折36例。结果手术时间90～120 min,术中出血量100～400 ml。36例患者均获随访,平均随访时间26.7个月,骨折平均愈合时间3.2个月。优31例(86.1%),良4例(11.1%),差1例(2.7%),优良率为97.2%。无严重并发症。结论DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折操作简单,骨折复位良好,固定牢固,髋内翻及骨折不愈合并发症少,功能恢复好,是一种值得推广使用的治疗方法。
