摘要
采用正交实验方法,研究离心分离法提取油梨油的主要影响因素及最佳生产技术条件。实验结果显示,该技术简单、高效、实用,可用于工业生产。
Study on the main factors affecting extraction rate and optimum technology conditions of centrifugine extracting avocado - oil by orthognal experiment were studied. The results indicated that it could use in industry. This method was simple, effect and practical.
