摘要
分析了挤压法生产软糖用变性淀粉的可行性,应用双螺杆挤压机进行了淀粉软糖生产的工艺试验。结果表明,该法所得产品不仅质量稳定可靠,且无须后期干燥。
The feasibility of producing modi-fieid starch for soft candy with extrusion was analysed. The trial of candy production was done with double screw extruder. The result confirmed that the quality of the producton was stable and reliable, it didn't need the later storage dry.
