摘要
为提高学生实习实训质量,浙江育英职业技术学院构建了学生实习实训质量指标体系,该体系由实习实训参与者、实习实训内容、实习实训过程、实习实训环境和实习实训效果等8个要素构成,实行定量评价和定性评价、过程性评价和终结性评价、绝对性评价与相对性评价、校外评价和校内评价、自评与他评相结合,并建立实习实训质量评价指标体系考评表,细化指标,增强可操作性。
In order to enhance the quality of practice training,Zhejiang Yuying Vocational and Technical College has built the quality index system for practice training of students,and the system is composed of 8 elements:participants,content,process,environment and effects of practice training,etc. The implementation of evaluation combine quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation,combine process evaluation with end-up evaluation,combine absolute evaluation with relative evaluation,combine outside school evaluation with inside school evaluation,meanwhile,the evaluation diagram was constructed,and the indicator was fined,which enhanced the maneuverability of the system.
